Writing task 2

w.a.l.t find two animals and write two sentences with verbs.

Here is my sentences
Colla went to chase her tail,
When tidge came sprinting in

The snow shoe hare came bouncing by
 with a wolf right by its tail

Description:
Every week we learn about skills and movement that will help us play sports. This term’s focus has been around defense. We made a video showing some of the goals we have been practicing. I have highlighted the thing I think I have done well YELLOW and one thing I would like to work on PINK.
Body:
WALT: Defensive skills and movements
Success Criteria:
Body Movement
  • Weight on balls of feet (yellow)
  • Feet shoulder width apart(yellow)
  • Knees flexed(pink)
  • Concentration and eyes on ball, head and eyes up (yellow)
  • Push hard off outside foot and go forwards to attack pass(yellow)
  • Quick small feet, stay on balls of feet(yellow)
  • Arms within confines of body(yellow)
  • Take feet to ball(yellow)
  • Land with a SBP(pink
Intercepting
  • Body angled to see player and ball (yellow)
  • Anticipate pass and player movement (pink)
Restrictive Marking
  • Meet player as they start towards the ball/where they want to go (pink)
  • stay close to the attacking player(yellow)
  • Head and eyes up, arms close to body to avoid obstruction/contact(yellow)
  • Angle body so attacking player is ‘pushed’ away from where he/she wants to go(yellow)
  • 0.9m from ball carrier(yellow)

  • Your video/s should be no more than 30secs long.
  • Capture you demonstrating the Success Criteria- Defense!
Evaluation: i think i did well at catch me because I'm not really good but I still try my best.
I think I could work on flexing my knees

Feedback/Feedforward: i like  how you told people in your evaluation that your not really good at catch me but you still try.
I think you could get better at SBP because when we do catch me you never really do it.

Discovery time

Description: normally seniors in russellst don't have discovery time but poutama  does we do discovery time every Friday. It gives us time to catch up with our friends and to be self agent learners.

Here is my story:
Arriving by moonlight there was the three of us.
Panting at a horrifiying creature.
Starting to run all the way home.
Having a nice hot bath.
Silently sleeping nightmares going all around.
Waking up to a lovely smell.
Forgetting all nightmares.
